The daily maintenance program is a series of movements that you can do for an easy to remember plan.

Here you will practice with the first 3 set of movements in that sequence.

You’ll get to do a short cut version of what you learned in Lesson 1/Month 1. 

You can opt to do the longer version of that (Lesson 1) and combine it within this mini-maintenance.

This can be another way to quickly start your day or when you need a quick pandicular break.

You can do these movements anytime.
