Questions and Answers

Please make sure you've read the somatics exercise guidelines.

It's always a good practice to re-read it from time to time to deepen your ability to move comfortably for life.

I will answer any of your questions about the movements, provide any modifications if necessary, etc. and look forward to your feedback about how you feel or what you experience.

About an Individual Class

When you ask about a particular movement, please let me know which class # and approximately at what time during the class your question comes up.

There are over 150 hours worth of audio recordings and while I was there, I too need a little prompting so I can be of service to you.

You may make your comments or ask your question below or contact me privately at: support@somaticsexercises.com.

Digital Downloads

If this is new for you or you're not a tech geek, I'll be glad to help to the extent I can being that I too am already over the half-century mark and chuckle how I'm helping people update their movement software, yet I get a little dismayed at times when I have to update a web browser or part of the computer software.  So I get it.

The digital downloads should work on all computers, both PC and Apple.

Depending on which web browser you are using, there is usually a way to download a file, otherwise you can try another one.  I highly recommend chrome or firefox since they seem easiest to save the file and place it where you can find it later.

Normally, you're music software, like iTunes or Windows Media Player should be able to open the file and store it.

Tablets/ iPads/Smart phones can do it too, but may require apps for you to download.

On my iPad, I use a free app called My Media which is essentially a web browser.  You can use this app to login and download the audios.

When in doubt, ask google, youtube or a teenager... and make sure they take the eon of their time to show you what they just did in nanoseconds. ; )

Just press on the picture to play the video.  Press on it again to pause the video.

You can enlarge the video by hovering the mouse over the top right hand corner and then press on the symbol with the two arrows.  To make it smaller, you can press escape (esc) on the keyboard or tap on the arrows if using a tablet.
